Sta-Hard is a desensitizing cream used by men who wish to delay orgasm either

How Sta-Hard
Works 

Sta-Hard, and other
products like it, work by partially numbing the penis so it is not quite as sensitive to
stimulation.  This way, you can withstand more action before
finishing, thereby making sure maximum enjoyment can be had by all.   

The instructions are fairly
simply.  You apply an amount about the size of a quarter, and rub it
in about 5 to 10 minutes before serious sexual activity.  This will
give Sta-Hard enough time to be working when you need it.  We found
no information about how long it will last.  We also found no
information about whether or not it can be used with condoms.
