Irexis itself is available over the counter without a prescription, because it does not contain any pharmaceutical drugs. The way it’s supposed to work is by using their blend of ingredients, which act as all natural aphrodisiacs, which is supposed to enhance the penis size.
The way a penis gets erect is through blood flow, and the ingredients in Irexis are said to increase sexual desire and thoughts, which increase this blood flow. This is very similar to the claims made by practically every company that sells male enhancement products.

Irexis contains an all natural blend of ingredients, including Catuaba Bark Extract, Muira Puama, Tribulus Terrestris, Yohimbe Extract, pumpkin seed, ginseng, and zinc.
